Try these settings.
dwell at 10
wind hpr all the way in then back out 1 full turn
wind lpr all the way out then wind in slowly while chronoing to 300fps.
Breaks will depend on temp, condition of balls, size of barrel.
The more shots you fire the smoother the creed will be, there is a break in period of around 3000 before it fully beds in.
