Sunrise-Sunset [Airport LFMN]
Code given is for Nice Airport,

That's another 20 min from Cannes, which itself is about an hour and twenty from St Tropez, and that's taking the toll roads!

For the 2012 season, we will keep our current entry fees again in CPL, SPL, Div1 and Div3. We will increase the entry fee for Div2 to 1200EUR (+VAT).
We feel this is very much justified, as Div2 not only plays the same format but uses the same facilities and generally gets the same product and services as Div. Division 1 teams currently not only have to pay more in total, but have to pay the combined entry fees for the whole year completely, even before the season starts, whereas Div2 teams enjoy their flexibility to play and pay per event, instead of having to commit to the whole season months in advance.
You didn't even mention this!

Damn right it won't be in the centre, lol. However there's quite a bit of recreational grounds nearby that they could use.
And a hell of a lot of campsites.

It's unlikely to be near Nice as that's over 100km away

Anyway, just thought I might be able to help. Continue with your venting "with the greatest respect".

But its like saying London aint to big a place. So where is the event ?
No it's not, St Tropez is a tiny coastal village with a load of campsites and hotels around it. London has 10 million people.

Anyway, I'll leave you all to it.

Are you surprised by this? They always seem to successfully do something like this every year. In fact it is something they're good at :)

St Tropez??? That's genius. Is it on a yacht? Perhaps that's why there is no location yet, Pelorus is still cruising the Caribbean. You could have the finals "up the road", in Monaco; it's only a brisk jaunt especially if you've got an Avantador or better yet a MTI Class 1 offshore powerboat.

Have they lost touch with the customer base, or is this a move up market for those whom can charter a Lear Jet at short notice and book out the Kube Hotel.

The Mill should be giving people notice. Regardless of being off-(Sloane Ranger strumpet) season it's an expensive enough event in an area that "could" leave you're uranium AMEX tapped out

Wonder how many teams will opt for a road trip forgetting about toll roads, or swinging through Belgium, Luxemberg and Switzerland to reduce toll roads and then incurring higher fuel fees :)
