Very good but completely missing the point entirely, which was that while being in the EU we don't have total control of immigration.
Again a misleading statement The UK can refuse entry to EU citizens as they have done already. In fact they have refused entry to over 110k Europeans since 2010.

A European citizen cant come some to the UK and immediately claim benefits they have to have private health insurance and a means to support themselves . Our Government kindly disregards these rules and lets them have free care and gives them social care but it does not have to under Euro law.
On the 14th June 2016 before the referendum Europe’s top judgesbacked Britain’s right to refuse to pay family welfare benefits to unemployed EU migrants who have been in Britain for less than five years.
UK already had all the powers it needed .

The overall problem wasn't free movement itself, it's more that successive governments didn't make any plans to provide for sufficient infrastructure, housing and services for the number of people arriving, and failed to find a way to research (other than wild speculation) what the numbers might be in the year or two before each new country was added to the EU.

.
You must be reading a different page to what i'm seeing in your link because what i read was "Since 2010, we have denied entry to over 100,000 people, including over 6,500 EU nationals." now to me that says over 6,500 Europeans not 110,000, there's a big difference. It's amazing how not reading things properly can mislead people.

OK i read it wrong i made a mistake but nothing changes even if it were 1 person they refused entry too it proves the point that UK has always had the power to refuse entry.
