Undoing the burst disk would release pressure - but that’s not something I would fancy having high pressure air spraying out of the side of a regulator whilst holding it and a tool
I did it all the time when i was servicing bottles, you only need to unscrew it slightly to generate a small leak enough to empty the bottle in a few minutes, it's not like when the disc blows out, obviously the more you unscrew it the faster it will vent.

Managed to get it off, threads from the bonnet are still in the asa so whole new bonnet and asa it is haha

That's not good, what make of reg is it, i've never seen one where the threads have come off, seen plenty of ones that have been cross threaded though.

Just the original invert mini one, not to much to replace

Use a socket and socket wrench to slightly loosen burst disk to vent tank. It will be much easier to remove without pressure.
