think Rap4 have couple of the already tacamo'd phenoms left after drakelow tunnels game, the'd have had no more than 1000 balls through and already with the kit on and with 2 dmag

Personally, i'd go for a hammer 7 and turn it into a sniper. its deadly close and at range, First strike ready and easily turned into a sniper. plus being so cheap, you can afford other stuff as well

yeah hammer 7 would be cheapest option, lot of people have converted them to snipers that look awesome.

i converted a bravo one using a tacamo kit, pretty good. marker was 125, conversion was 99.95 and 40 for the mags (x 4), factor in a ris rail 69.95 and a new barrel - 39.95, new trigger guard 25 and a butt stock 39.95. so theres a good cost break down

if youre looking for a sniper then go with the hammer 7 (if you're willing to mod it a bit) or mag fed conversion on a sierra one.
