Advice for a Back player

like Amateur teams going into lower divisions so they can win...even though its lame cos its quite obvious theoretically they will win as they are from a better division!!!! , always good when they dont though

I thought their were rules in place that once you played a t a certain level you couldnt go back to a lower level or is that just in one season?
