AGD E-mag and euromag?

Sajj101

I’m a MAGaholic.
Cheep did you say cheep? LtPurcy get off the Crack mate it’s obviously reeking havoc on the old gray matter.

High end £1200 markers depreciate in value by half in one year and half again the following. Whereas Mags retain their value. My X-Mag’s worth twice as much as what I paid for it, maybe even three times (sorry Bolter).
Used Karta and Dallara bodies are changing hand $5-600. Valves depending on colour go for $2-350. X-Mags sell for anything from $1500 – $2000 and if you want an SFL then you’re talking serious money.

I own many markers Egos, Angels, DM’s, Cockers even Ion’s but my first love has always been Mags. My X-Mag with the X-Mod software can keep up with anything on the market today.

As it stand I own 1 X-Mag, 4 E-Mags, 1 Euro Style Mag, Karta Logic PnueMag, EgoMag and my latest project Dallara body on Cerberus AirWalk V2 frame I’m in the middle of PnueMaging this puppy. 16bps and no battery in sight.

My new toy, body and frame raw. thinking of sending it to ODD when I'm finished mounting the PnueMag internals.

When you get out of rehab and want to know more about Mags and are seriously considering buying one, have a look here. http://www.automags.org/forums/

wow now ive looked at annoed mags and proper nice ones ive completly gone mag crazy

how much can i get a nice looking automag or e-mag on the cheap as a first gat? im in absolute love with the pictures bolter put up mainly the 1st and picture of your x-mag sajj101

the reason i said they look cheap and old is because of the pictures i saw and im sorry for disrespecting such a iconic piece of kit

also how much would it set you back to get a very sexy auto/e-mag like sajj or the first picture of bolters

ps sajj this pic http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y14...DSCF0012-1.jpg doesnt work

You are forgiven my young Padawan.

Ahh sorry try the link now.
In the photo below I’ve milled away the middle hump and swapped out the stock trigger. It’s pretty much the same as the one in bolters first photo. But with a modified V2 AirWalk frame

The one in the first pic Bolter put up works out as a pretty expensive bit of kit for a first gat. Most of those parts are going to be very hard to find and will set you back around $1000 US and that’s not including the valve.

If I were you this would be an ideal Mag to start with, then you can customise at will.
If your after an E-Mag post up in the wanted section look to pay around £250-300

I’m an old bugger whose set in his ways, my advice is try before you buy.
If you can make it to Wycombe on the 13th your more than welcome to try my E/X-Mag or anything else I happen to have in my kit bag on the day.

Some of my other mags.

^that one
That’s Bolter’s old X-Mag mine now, I stole it from him for £370:eek::D

ok sajj cheers mate
and is there any reason why the euro/automag would be a best first mag to buy?
Well it’s your basic mechanical platform you’ve got the X-Valve with ULT installed. Hopefully that and the L10 Bolt are nicely tuned. Now you can start to customise, body, rail, grip frame you can PnueMag it or you could whack on an Ego or E2 frame on it for a nice electro pneumatic marker. Seen it done with Ion, Spyder and DM frames as well.
Could even just get a set of E-Mag lowers and turn it in to an E-Mag but you’d need to change the on/off in the valve.

If you go down the E.P. or PenueMag road then you’ll need technical know how the equipment and you’ll need to source all the additional parts Tap, Dies and pneumatic parts.
Last year I bought a Milling machine and lathe so I could do all the work myself rather than ship my gear to the US for custom work.

You must remember the EuroMag is a mechanical marker, without extra work even an ION can out perform this masterpiece of engineering. Unless you buy an adjustable reg and pump 900-1100psi straight in to the gun.
On my mechanical Karta Mag the pressure gauge read just shy of 1100psi to work like Gassy's EuroMag.

Not entirely sure this would be an ideal first marker for a youngster When there are so many other gats ready to rock straight out of the box. It’s a labour of love.
