any way to make rotor work with reballs?

i have a rotor and we use reballs for training, and is always getting stuck,
i have applied silicon lube and works sometimes but most of the time it doesnt.

any idea on how to make it work?

ended up finding this video, that explains (in spanish) a bout the screw to turn down the tension on the balls, and as a result, to work with reballs
