They're good guns, but lotsa' movin' parts! Put a barrel on it, and compressed air, and leave it the heck alone. Uh, other than shooting it, of course. The new shrouds are uglier than me (fugly), so you'll probably want to trash that. There's the extremely short-version of what I think about Autocockers.

They are only about the most successful marker made. Heck some of the most customized high end markers are cockers.
The new factory ones rock right out of the box. (They have come a long way) and if you don't mess with them they are veryrelaible. If you must mess with it (and that is the funnest part) there is lots of good info available on the web to make teching a cocker very easy.

autockockers are great guns . If you arnt technically apt dont do anything other then simple maintenance and youll be good . If your autockoer is having problems take it to someone qualified and they can ussually fix it in under 20minutes .
