also are most mags AC threaded?

As monkeyman said - stock bodies use a twistlock barrel fitting specific to Automags. AGD's ULE body is A/C threaded, or you can get an adapter to convert a twistlock breech to A/C thread

what do the levels mean?

The levels denote phases of valve/marker revision & developement by AGD factory

thats not my old one mine had less black and it didnt have the matching sight rail and a different type of barrel
