And Eazy E produced quite a bit of Pap as well post NWA ...love Ice Cube but "The Chronic" was the best by miles and I hate most of the other Dre/Snoop G-funk or whatever it was stuff

I hear you all about NWA, Ice Cubes first album superb however one of the biggest albums ever was PE's It takes a nation of millions. It gave hip hop a whole new level.

However other great tunes were

The Goats first album
Wu-tang Clan first album
Hijack - Horns of Jericho

And Shut up and Dance 5,6,7,8,Twin Hype Do it to the Crowd two, BDK -Wrath of Kane 3 of the greatest 12"'s about.

By the way i am an old timer so these were all vinyl
