Bottle Blows Up

Nothing concrete on it. The bottle was sent away for testing, results seem to show nothing conclusive. It seems that the combination of the reg and bottle just happened to cause the problem at the time. This is the same conclusion that has always been reached with these incidents. We all just carry on and make our own decisions as to what we use or don't. Things are still going on, not much more to add for now.

and you have proof from what you are saying?
or is it an assumption disguised as information?

Bottle tested

Hi who did the evaluation on the bottle was it the National Physical Laboratory? or did you return it to Stako for tests.

I remember hearing about this when it happened, and only just found the topic, I'm glad to see the guy is ok. Was just curious to see what the fault was
