Box rotor feed problem

Box rotor question. My rotor isn't feeding because it doesn't seem to be seated correctly.

After firing a shot the eye sensor goes red indicating no ball in breach. I need to push the box into the dam magwell (even though it's already attached) to load another ball in.

If i take my hand off the box rotor sags like 1-2 mm. Not much but this makes all the difference as it prevents a correct feed. If i physically keep shoving the box rotor into the dam whilst shooting, there is not problem but it's obviously not ideal
I've currently got the tension spring nut set at flush. Not sure if setting the tension higher would help but most forums say to lower the tension.

Anyone seen this and know the answer?

I'm not sure what the exact problem was, but I one of the guys at my site had problems with his Box Rotor and it turned out to be the new bolt they give you that was causing problems. Once he swapped the original bolt back in it worked fine apparently. Worth a try?
