sikaflex is the best stuff to use. it remains flexible when cured, the rest of the bunker will fall apart before the repair gives up 
its the stuff they use to bond car windscreens in with, and i found out a while back every single car manufacturer uses it to stick down awkward panels, trims and spoilers etc ( that was from a bentley employee )
just clean the area with solvent, apply glue close the hole or apply the patch good to go in about 8 hrs. i always half inflate the bunker to keep the shape right. oh it comes in a silcone tube so easy to apply, just wear some latex gloves cos its black and takes about a fornight to get off your hands
