co2 hydro test exemption?

The reason it's cheaper to buy new than to retest is simple. A retest is £25-35 depending on where you get it tested a new 12 oz co2 bottle is about £15.
So unless they are under the test size and your confident that they aren't ancient and corroded inside then get them refilled.
But remember that it's not just your safety but the safety of other responsible for if it fails. If I was injured because of another's inaction I would sue because no ones going to pay my mortgage if I'm off work.
Ye understand that completely and I'm no idiot above all else I'd have them looked at by the test centre near me even if they are exempt I have no intention of endangering others so all will be done with safety in mind and only reason I'm considering having them tested is that because of there small size they are more compact and lighter weight.
