whats to stop a spectator having a radio and giveing info to the teams...nothing!

also what would stop a spectator from jamming a frequency to make a team effectivly deaf?...nothing

personally i think its a daft idea, i can see plus points in it but it would remove a great deal of skill from the sport

True, it would devalue a skill that is currently very important to the sport. That has happened before, though. How many people still can aim-shoot-pump-aim?

I don't know if I want to see this all happen though... ECM and ECCM in paintball? More expense is the only certainty.

to me its pure bullsh*t. the shouting is a part of the atmosphere. i would really miss it. communication-devices are for rec-ballers who'd love to be swat-members( bravo, bravo, its delta here, we are approaching on 50-4-7, have strong incoming enemy fire, please send off-field support fire on following coordinates...blahblah) but are far to humbly. sounds harsh but i just REALLY dont like the idea.
