I know this is possible daft question? we all here about speedball and woodsball and so on but is there a magfed only league?

Not a competitive league
Speedball is a style, woodsball is a location, and magfed is a type of feed.
In general there are:
Woodsball - playing in the woods.
This is the majority of sites providing punter Paintball and ‘walkon’ Paintball
There is a woodsball tournament league, but most woodsball is just recreational paintball
Speedball is most likely played on a ‘sup air’ field with inflatable obstacles and is the type of Paintball played in tournaments
Some sites have sup air fields
Most woodsball sites have a ‘speedball’ field, most of which have fixed wooden barriers
Scenario is a game based on a storyline, and is generally a ‘big game’, and there are likely to be one or two scenario games a year on the sites that run them.
Magfed is a style, using magfed guns and can be played in the woods, or urban areas.
There are some magfed walkons and magfed scenarios, or people can use magfed guns at a ‘normal’ walkon or scenario
It’s up to the organiser but a magfed game can be strict on only magfed guns, or may allow other guns as well on a ‘limited paint’ basis etc
I’m not aware of a ‘league’
There are many styles, such as pistol play, pump action play etc
There could be one if there's interest.
However, that may be easier said than done. I'd venture a guess that people into magfed are more into milsim/scenario side of things.
We had a woodsball league for a couple of years over here, but basically all the players were current or retired tournament players. It was done to introduce woods players into tournament scene, but none took the bait.
Even though they sometimes express dislike for the modern tournament field, it seems to me the thing they're really not into is competition. Which is fine, I enjoy relaxed scenario play myself.
But the idea that we'd get way more competition players if we only had <insert style here> tournaments is probably not true.

On a mini game basis we have run these kinds of things at Paintfest
Paintfest 2013 - effectively a CQB tournament
Paintfest 2014 - a 2 person team pistol challenge

These have all been free mini games provided by us and out sponsors as part of Paintfest
They are not formal tournaments, but in those years were in a way that you could turn up for a laugh or compete seriously, with an ultimate prize and bragging rights up on stage.
These things can be done if someone will organize it and if players are interested and will turn up
As mentioned about the woodsball league - it was bringing tournaments back to the woods as they began, but that wasn’t necessarily what people were after. Some are some aren’t
