I changed the main large one under the solenoid also both internal valve body o rings. Need some air to test will get it today. Where is the other smaller gasket situated?

One under the manifold and the other is under the solenoid.

This is frustrating. Still nothing both gaskets changed tried another solenoid. Both those inner orings changed too. Any idea what else to try?

Without getting my hands on it to see its hard to diagnose, you have done the basic stuff.

How many turns out is the hpr?

Turn and a half? Best place to send it for a service would you say?

If your using an hp reg turn the hpr in 1/4.
If it's a mid pressure 550psi it's set about right.

For a full strip and tech using original parts the only places I know is dead box sports in the US or Vanguard US. They will do it and cover you for 6months after that as an extended warranty.
