the main one is a revised self cleaning eye system.
also a mm or two in height and a better feed neck, the lpr and bolt are also slightly different.

eye system and feedneck are the big differences... overall handling isn't that different at all... i've not particuallarly noticed any difference between the two
i'd say there performance's are exactly the same and the extra money would be spent purely on the cosmetics which is very minimal..
imho the ultralite frame has to be the most comfortable grip on a marker to date.
go for a dm6 and save your cash.
