Do you have to use Paypal to pay for the Plat Membership??

Woundering if someone could help. Im interested in the plat membership but i see Paypall is the only way of paying.

Is this the case or am i just pressing the wrong button????

If you click on the pay with paypall link it lets you chose to sign in to paypall or pay with your card if you dont have paypall!
