If you held them both together you'd be able to tell. Its a quality thing, the O3X was a £500 marker, the wrath was made to be a budget gat....

You're right tho, as far as the deisgn goes they are very, very similar. But then again so are impulses and timmys???

Please correct me if Im wrong but doesnt the O3X us an air switching solenoid like a timmy?

And if I am correct wouldnt that explain why the O3X is more expensive, rather than it being anything to do with build quality?

Because the reason the wraith is so cheap is because it uses a mechanical solenoid and a spring to return the ram, rather than an expensive air switching noid.

it uses a solenoid yes...whats your point?

Its a one-way jobbie, spring return.

Just get one if each side by side and you'll see the difference, the O3X is a really smart, fast gat.

Ah,

So it uses a 1 way solenoid similar to the ones in the original PVI shocker??

Thanks for clearing that up.

Oh and I thought my point was obvious...

My bad, its not a one-way its just only got one output, the other is an exhaust for the ram gases on return.

Back to the case in hand
This weekend i fired both just as a try out
No one can call me a SP fan, but the ion wins hands down
The Ion looks like a toy but performs like tournie marker
The Wrath disappoints as soon as you see it and even more
when you fire it.
