If you are still looking to change the eyes, the eyes are fitted the same as before except instead of feeding out under eye covers they stay inside the breech and feed into the rubber eye seal.
Once you have disconnected the eyes and board, and unscrewed the frame from the body you can push a round tipped pick through the bottom of the breech, then hook the eye seal and eyes out through the front of the breech.
Reversing the process to put the eyes in is easier when the eyes are pressed into the eye seal first before feeding the eye wire back in, and then pressing the eye seal into its seat using your thumb or finger down the breach.
