An expansion chamber was basically a 3.5oz tank that let the CO2 (wait for it) expand. It meant better consistency or something. Anyway, it wasn't necessarily a Planet upgrade thing, but they would splash anno a expansion chamber for 20 notes.

The eclipse body kits were all splash annoed. It was probably bought then put on the gun. Then whoever owned it had the tank annoed to match.

What?

What part are you not understanding?

That is a stock, Airgun Designs 68 Automag, Level 7 Powerfeed.

That is what you got when you bought one for £289.

Then you needed an Airsystem or Co2 Setup.

They were built to run on air. The valve, was called the A.I.R, which stood for something like Advanced Integrated Regulator.

They could have various customisations.

You could buy splash annodised parts individually, including the 3.5 oz bottle, which fitted onto an anti liquid valve.

Eclipse sold these parts individually, but, they also sold complete guns, with all the parts and the Eclipse name on it.

So, your one..is an original Eclipse gun, which would be a custom marker.

well that clears that up then:rolleyes:

pardon me for asking:cool:

(but thanks for the answer lol, very informative:);))

Being as you seem to know plenty about these markers (where as I know sweet F.A), whats this worth in your opinion in todays market? lets say its in full working order with a little anno wear and three or so barrells?
I know its worth whatever someone is prepared to pay, but what would you estimate it at? £50 or more:confused:

-thanks
