Why is sliding on your knees reason to kiss your arm band good-bye? I've found that sliding baseball style it the best for like rocket ships an subs and stuff, head first in to the snake and the Crack pipe, knees into those little square ones that are taller than lay downs but not tall enough to stand up ... you know the ones?
