EGO 11 wont go over 270 - 280 fps

hi all

hope someone can offer me some help.

Been trying for months to get my ego 11 to get up to 300fps but cant.
i changed the battery to a new M3 duracell one, changed all the orings, cleaned and re oil'd every part as instructed too. set the lpr and hpr to what the book says and the noid valves as well but still no joy.

I have tried increasing the hpr reg 1/2 a turn untill it flats out at 260, then increase the lpr 1/4 turns and it flats out at 280.

anyone got any ideas please?

Have looked at the dwell settings? Try increasing them as they may be set to low.

check the dwell is at 15.5

can i just have you have used oil on the rammer and not WD40 or grease??

also the standard setting on the solenoid dials is 5 and 7 increasing the 7 to a higher number will make your v-locity climb

yup dwell is at stock 15.5, and i only used eclipse oil in it.
tried the dials at 5 and 7 still the same, increased to 5 and 9 and only a slight increase.

If you change the solenoid SFR's to 7 and 9 does the velocity go any higher?

optimum pressure from your bottle ? just a thought

i have several bottles with different pressures (275, 600, 700, 900) it doesnt seem to make a differance to be honest.

yep registered it and will test the sfr's tomorrow.

My ego 11 has also being doing this...ordered a complete oring rebuild kit from Lips to replace all orings and see if that fixes it, cant seem to get over 270 fps, and also when I air it up i get a stong burst of air released out the bleedhole on the HPR (about 2.5 seconds long) and then seals :S HELP! haha
