Following Planet Eclipse's recent press release (details of which can be found online at www.planeteclipse.com), we have changed the software that comes as standard with Egos from now on.
The new version is 1.06 and the major change from the previous version is that the firing modes have been renamed accordingly:
SEMI 1 replaces SEMI
SEMI 2 replaces CFOA mode
RAMP 1 replaces PSP mode
RAMP 2 replaces MILLennium mode
The other change is that we have introduced the adjustable Rate of Fire Cap feature (ROF CAP) to allow for any inconsistencies in PACT timers when using the permitted firing modes.
We will not be upgrading Version 1.00 software to Verison 1.06, so please do not send your boards into us, although all 0.17 and 0.18 will be upgraded to Version 1.06 as and when they return their old circuit board to us. See www.planeteclipse.com for full address details.
If you have Version 1.00 and wish to get upgraded to 1.06, then please visit the Eclipse technical support booth at any PSP, Millennium or NPPL event and we will be more than happy to upgrade you.
