empire z2 problem!

hi well i wished i didnt have to make this thread but i do so ill get on with it
my prophecy z2 has been fine for the past six months then after last weeks training the way that the drive wheel rotates is totally wrong it spins about 1/8 of a turn then stops from then it will not move. i just want this back in action

Have you fitted the shells correctly ???
Does it need new batteries ??
You can reset this, I think if you hold both rear buttons in and then turn on and keep holding for 10 seconds, then a purple light comes on, think this was how you do it anyway.

thanks a bunch man going to go try that right now (batteries are fresh, shell was also correctly fitted)

If the bottom of the board is coated in paint that happens, (I’m guessing it's just conductive enough to short something out).
