Evolution II Viewloader Battery holder issue

So as the title suggests I am having an issue with the battery door it keeps opening, now I have replaced the original connectors with a 9volt mod I found on here but it's become that loose if I tip the hopper it just falls off so does anyone have any idea's on how I can stop the door from opening?

If you don't understand then I can get a photo.

This is a common problem mate, hence why on the Evo 3's they changed the battery door design.

Most people use a bit of electrical tape to keep the doors shut, not sure if anyone found a better way of doing though.

buy a halo! drill a hole in the battery door, and run a cable tie through it!

Go to Maplins (or similar) and buy some 9v snap connectors and wire up as shown here.
It's a common fault but this rectifies it,even if you have no door it'll still work...cost about £1.00.
I thinks someone was selling the conversionson here,put a wanted up.

drill holes as mentioned before, its what i did and it works fine
one in the battery door and teh other on the egg
then run a cable tie through both a voala
