Fill nipple leak

Got a leak coming from the tip of the fill nipple
Using a dye throttle with dye reg
Took the fill nipple off the reg to try and service it but i can't get the piston from inside to change the o ring, any ideas?

Use an allen key that will fit down the hole and push it out.

The dye fill nipple has a filter at the top which i can't get off, going to get a replacement for it soon so that should solve it
