can someone tell me what colour insert would be best as an all round choice.
i get that they cover different diameters, but when u look at paint it says .68 calibre, but the barrel inserts go into three digits?
at present mine has the red freak back with all american front!

From what i gather it's best to get as many as you can, maybe buy a complete set, the you can always match to your paint on the day, otherwise maybe .689 .691 .693 should do the trick :S

ok i see that but if paint is .68 why are they .693 etc, and how snug should the paint be in the barrel?

paintballs are susceptible to heat cold moisture so can easily swell etc. manufacturing can also not guarantee a perfect size ball

if you just want a couple of inserts you be better of getting the larger sizes in case you get some large sized paint, better to have inserts to big than so small the paint wont go down!anyway im sure they have changed the colour-size combos over the years,well...im sure ive heard that anyway:p
