Freak kit worth the expense?

Yeah sound signature isn't that important in tournaments when you can have upwards of 10 egos barking at once, but in woodsball depending on style and skill , sound signature can be very important especially if you're firing a ranging shot or pulling the Japanese sniper trick (a poorly thought out plan if ever there was one.)

But ultimately the desired effect you would want to achieve from buying a barrel kit - accuracy, consistency etc will always be dependant upon the quality of the paint,of course a high end barrel kit will help, but it will always be at the mercy of the paints quality and consistency.

A very good point, and on that note I'd say you're probably better investing the £130+ in buying better paint! Just think that if you were to spend an extra £3 per box, for the same money as that barrel kit you could get 40+ boxes of better quality paint! :D

or if you've got money burning a whole in your pocket do both ;)
