French Open 2014 - ECI Veterans win Division 2

ECI Veterans went out to play the EPBF first Masters event last weekend - the French Open 2014 at the PBS91 field in Paris. After 32 points of paintball, and coming back from 2-0 down at the start of both semi-finals and finals matches, ECI Veterans closed the event out and took first in Division 2!

Division 1 saw teams such as Ton Tons, Outrage, Icon, Vision, Hellwood and more battling it out in advance of the first Millennium event of the season. Ton Tons were triumphant overall, with Outrage taking 2nd place.

ECI received a warm welcome at the event and organiser, Bruno Lemaire, did a great job of running the event. The ref crews were superb - in warm weather, they spent two days sprinting and jumping over bunkers to make calls and were even handed to the teams present.

ECI would like to thank:

• LIPS - continuing support and making sure we have the best kit / paint available.
• GI Sportz / Vforce - We had superb 5* paint available for the weekend and it made a difference
• PB Religion - for our 2014 longsleeves.

Hi Morris - No - we are Veterans in the sense that we've come back after a 5/6 year break out of the game. I was the oldest player we took to France and I am 32!
