Geo 3 Tech Support 2014 and onwards

Hi,

I've just seen on planeteclipse.com that the 'Geo comprehensive parts kit is out of stock. Will you be restocking this?

Also, will you be supporting the Geo 3 marker for the forseeable future?

IIRC Eclipse usually offer tech support for their products for 2 years, so as the 3.1 is only a few months old. support for the 3 should continue for a while yet!

I'm sure @STONESOLDIER or @Nicky T will correct me if I'm wrong.

We always endeavour to support all of our markers for as long as possible. As a rule of thumb you can expect full support and spares availability for a period of at least two years from the day that the final marker in that model rolls off the production line. At this point we will have ordered in spare parts to cover this period based on consumption of those parts throughout that production period.

Typically some of these spares last considerably longer than others. Other parts are used in future versions of markers so remain "available" for significantly longer and other parts are uneconomical to re-order in small quantities, so it is part specific.
