Halo B hopper with rip drive

Hello guys, bought a halo b hopper around a month or two ago now, everything works fine apart from i cant change the ball speed. I can turn it on and it stays at one setting and wont move??

Any ideas?

Depends on what board it has. Mine does not have the ability to change the feed speed.

As far as i remember, the Halo B stock board does not have the option to change the feed rate, on the Reloader B's there are 3 speed settings.

Pretty sure it does, mine had 3 settings, if you pressed the power button briefly it would flash the LED red a number of times then green, the number of red flashes is your current speed setting. As for changing it though, can't remember, find a manual online.
