Im with the rest of the guys here its sounds fine.

When you switch it on do it in a quiet place as most reloader boards initialy set themselves up ref ambient noise.

This normally causes peeps probs when they switch it on at the field as everyman and his dog are test firing and this will interfere with the base setting for the noise pickup. And thus wont function correctly.

Just a quick observation from the video. The loader does not seem to be put together correctly.

Namely you can see a gap above the back plate.

Usually this is caused by the board not being seated properly in the shell halves. You usually have to use a small allen key etc and push the board in a touch at this stage so it seats properly.

Ensure no wires are pinched when you put it back together mate

Have you had the loader apart ?
