Do you have all anti jam beads in place and the spring thingy also?

Are you sure its not just really fragile paint?

Do you have a magna kit or not?

Yep the anti jam beads and spring are all in place. The paint was Draxxus Blaze and Frostbite.

Nope no magna kit, just a standard Halo.

Any particular grease on the band ?? Or oil ok ?? I took it apart and it does look very dry, probably from where I've washed it before and Im guessing any existing grease was washed off.

Put some Eclipse grease on it, so all nice and greased now. Seems to run fine, (obviously haven't done a live fire test yet,) but it sounds like it slips every 7 seconds. Kind of like

Shot a hopper of Draxxus Frostbite through the Halo from an 09 Ego this afternoon in MS08 Ramping mode. No breaks. So fingers crossed its working fine now
