Buy what ever you want, and by that I mean which ever you prefer the look of the marketing BS.

All the guns these days are of a very high quality, and in reality the in game the difference in terms of shooting experience is minimal.
So yeah by all means listen to the guys on here praise what ever they shoot and base your thousand pound purchase on that, but in reality you wont be getting anything tangible for your money over about 300quid.


Personally with your budget I'd probably get a DM7, a new snowboard and a trip to the alps for a week, but thats just me...

Go to your local site next time they have a walk-on day or tournament, and ask to try the guns people have.

Then you can work out which you prefer.

If you don't want to do that, buy a second hand Ego 9 or 10 from this forum, together with a Rotor and tank.

Then spend the rest of your money on playing.
