Help how do you convert explorer to back pack.

dye explorer to back pack. Gutted!!!

ok lost me with this one but how do you convert it to a backpack ?

can't see anything to do that on the bag ?

ive bought the bag and now find out you can't convert it to a back pack or expand it like it said on there web site (and all the other sites that sell it. )

even the tag on the bag is wrong .

dont get me wrong dye kit is great but this time im disapointed .

so please change the site .
