So can you fill a 4500k bottle at a 3000k??

I guess you can't fill 3000k at a 4500k station?

Yes you can fill a 4500psi at a 3000psi fill rig, but obviously you'll only get 3000psi in it.

And yes you can fill a 3000psi at a 4500psi fill rig but you really shouldn't, and if you do make sure you stop the fill at 3000psi.

There are no actual physical differences between 3000 and 4500 fill rigs, or the fill nipples on the bottles, the only difference between the fill rigs is the pressure each one is set to deliver.
