Neither, propane for the win!
So it would be better to splash out and get a air tank then?
Unrelated to the original question in this thread, but:
In the context of this thread co2 can be best in certain circumstances
Air is the operating system of choice for all current markers (with the exception of 12 gram powered co2 pistols, which benefit from air anyway)
There is little point buying a system that you cannot get filled.
If you play at the few sites that only run co2, then use their cylinders or buy a co2 cylinder
Otherwise buy an air system, but don't splash out.
Save your money to buy paint and get an aluminium / steel cylinder at about £30-40
This is the best value for money compared to a fibre system at about £150
cheers for the advice and explaining.
Run an air setup and you'll be able to fill up anywhere
Been to a few fields where they don't refill CO2
Anywhere that does air of course
The questions been answered - it was actually whether there were situations that co2 is better suited.
Hi, my names Tom and I'd like to get my post count to 1,220
Ruined my post count now. But not far to go for 1,234
i should say air, the most common used and any PB field has Air for refills
On my tricked out splatmaster rapide, I've tried and tried, but I can't find any 12grm air cylinders for my 6 pak quick change.
Raided costa for their co2 though.
