How do I know it's tested?

Have recently bought a steely tank as a spare and the born date is 2004/11. This of course means it is due a test. How would I know if it has been already tested? Are the bottles restamped or anything? Sorry if this is a stupid question but have never had to test a bottle before or had one that wasn't in date. Thanks

A bottle with a born date 2004/11 means the bottle is due for its 1st test november 2009, 5 years after born date.

Any bottle that has had a re-test would have a label/sticker on the bottle showing who tested the bottle and the date it was tested.

Right well that sucks. No reason anyone would remove that label so obviously not done. As said before have never had to test a bottle before so where can I get this done and what sort of bill can I expect for the privelage?

Last bottle i had tested cost £22 dropped off with them and collected at UKM events.
