Offered to buy and paid on the 23rd jan
offered a refund on the 14th fed

now the 25th march and still no item or refund.

Due to the way we paid there is no help from pay pal.

So, what should are next step be.

Anyone know this guy, where does he play and stuff

any ideas would be helpfull

There are plenty of warnings on the forum about methods of payment which should or should not be used.

I'm afraid you'll have to take matters into your own hands at this point, as realistically what can we be expected to do for you?

I'd suggest reporting him to the local police, if anyone has his address I'm sure the local station won't be hard to find.
