I Thought Co2 Was As Dead As Fried Chicken

Just renewed my marshalling career at a local site (will remain nameless for the moment).
My ghast was absolutely flabbered when I saw them running Infernos on Co2, the last time I saw that our site was running Phantoms!
Anyone else know of sites still using such things?

lots of sites that only cater for rental players still run on co2, they don't need to go the vast expense of installing an air system. It's a popular misconception by own equipment players that everywhere runs on air, because that's all they see at the sites and events they play at, they don't normally attend rental only sites. It's a bit like the queen thinking everywhere is freshly painted because everywhere she goes she can smell fresh paint.

Funny thing is, I play a lot of rental days (stopped playing walk-ons years ago) at sites that make me use their equipment and, as I said, it's the first time I've seen Co2 in more years than I care to remember.
Maybe I've just been lucky and missed out on the experience
