KM Spine Warranty Claim

Hi

My KM Spine has lost a couple of fingers and the rest are starting to crack
Has anyone claimed on their lifetime warranty??
How do you go about it??

hence my apology i didn't want to make out that Lips were telling you porkies or different to what they have told me. Infact i believe they told me the same but i couldn't be bothered to contact them so still have it?

Just a quick update on this for anyone who is interested.
I sent an e-mail to info@globesouldiers.com last night and have already recieved a reply


This is no problem, we can get you a replacement. Just let me know your address to send it to.

Also you have 2 choices in terms of the damanged one, you can send it to us or you can send me a picture of it cut in half (showing it will not longer be able to be used.
