Light marks on a hopper?

Hi all,

Basicly im in the middle of just having a little play around with a torque and i got it cheap so ovi there was marks on it all im wanting to know is if there is a way to remove these marks and i mean they are light

Just need a way to remove them so that they wont show up once i spray the hopper
