The first team I joined got started, ordered custom jerseys and then someone decided to play woodsball..... half speedball half rec. The team split, no one turned up to training apart from me and a couple of others. There was NO admin or organisation...... all the time and money was for nothing.

The team I am in now is ran properly all from organisation for training, medical care, entering tournaments and equipment. There are also awards for best improved player e.t.c.
Wait until you can get someone that you can rely on to sort out the admin, and a team of players that are whole-heartedly commited to the game and team.
