Hi guys should the LV1 degass its self when the bottle is removed like an Ego 11?
My 11 hisses from the reg about 20 seconds or so after degassing.
My LV1 has sat on my workbench for a couple of days without a bottle and the bolt still seems to have the resistance it has when pressured.
If anyone knows cheers.

Yep but what about the gas in marker, bolt is still pressured.
Advice is not to dry fire it,suppose that's many times not just the once.

Had a quick scan of the manual - page 20

LV1 Manual said:
The LPR on the LV1 is not self purging and may store a small amount of
air in the LP hose after de-gassing the marker. This stored gas will move
the rammer and bolt a small amount if the marker is fired but will not fire a
complete shot. To purge the LPR, turn the marker back on after unloading it of
any paintballs and fire a shot in a safe direction with the BBSS disabled.

yup as mentioned above, it will vent when you degas it, this is the valve chamber degassing (the air that fires the ball) the lpr does not automatically purge so may store enough gas to throw the ram forward, but not enough to shoot a ball, it may feed a ball into the barrel though as the bolt will move forward. to completely degas after a days use, leave the marker turned on, degas and pull the trigger once to fire the shot (you will need to turn the eyes off if you have no paint in the marker). if you leave it with this small amount of gas in the lpr it wont do any harm and will probably slowly vent over time.

Cool cheers guys.
Switch the eyes off and fire, not enough gas in it to fire just moves bolt forward and vents the last bit.

It's pretty much like a DART kit bolt with O rings on either side of the port to seal it.
Think its longer than an 11.
Spares bag comes with replacement soft tips but mine haven't worn yet.
