What happened to the Midlands? Was it because there weren't enough sup-air fields at other venues?
To put the record straight Ancaster is actually further north than Birmingham, so has a better claim to be in the midlands.
Please don't complain over the distance, there are many players who would like to only travel 1 hour to a site, I travel for at least 11/2 to get to the nearest MM site, The Clan and Northern Outcasts travel miles to play and Epoch even have to catch a ferry.

Behave 'Dark Warrior'!

No-one has to go anywhere if they don't want to. If someone wants to travel 4 days to play Paintball then that's fine. Good for them. Personally I can't be arsed travelling more than a few hours! What's the big deal? No need to get all high and mighty!

I wasn't being arsey about the Midlands bit in my earlier post - I just thought it was at a different venue originally?? I'm sure it was one that was closer to me because I looked at them all before we picked a tournie set to play.

As for Ancaster being classed as the Midlands - I don't know, I've never been there before. Is it? Really? Or is there some other, personal, logic you are applying? On the map it doesn't look very 'middle'...

Anyway - does anyone know what time it'll be starting?

Yipee!

OK - great!

Silentbob - I really would pay good money to see that (the swimming bit) - LOL!

Dark - Ok, no worries - I agree it's better to travel further and play on fields than to play closer on woodland. BTW - Don't think I haven't noticed that you've edited the wording of your earlier post ;) - You're just trying to make me look stropy now aren't you? :D
