Old school pictures

Just wanted to thank you for posting up these pics. Although I'm nearly 40 years old have only been playing for 20 months, and looking at these pics it really hits home how the sport has developed to make it what it is today.

Well done to all.
I've actually had a lot of fun going through the old mags and memories:rolleyes: so no worries, I think it's nice for more recent arrivals to get a sense of the history behind the current game. I'm going to do one more update covering 1999-2001 and then that will probably do as since then whilst techniques and kit alike has been refined and developed only so much has actually changed. Once you get to an eye-equipped electro with a force feed hopper and preset it's all just details, milling, crazy BPS claims and 'mine's lighter than yours' after that;)

Loving the pictures, Olly. Keep them coming.

The Old School really knew how to serve tea.

The disturbing thing is that I still have all of that kit in my loft.

I also have some "Mayhem" editions of "Paintball Adventures", with team photos of all the Old School.

I'll give one to you the next time I see you, and you can maybe get the photos on here.

:)
