ill try and find out from eclipse what the spec is on their counter on the E2 trigger setup. and then we will know for sure.

If you into anything that involves making, recording, producing anything musical, then you can use one of the microphone recording tools in conjunction with your marker.
Cool Edit / Cubase / Reason / Logic etc all will map out the sound peaks against time.

I am actually geniunely interested to see if you can shoot as fast as you claim, never hurts to find a new training technique from somewhere outside of PB then ruthlessly rip it off and claim it as your own.

Ill try my best mate to set up as many ways to prove it. im not 100% sure if the counter on my E2 trigger if accurate but i cant see why it would not be. i have e-mailed eclipse to ask the techie guys about it and i will try the other suggestions. see how you do on the above link i got 17 bps out of that. its a bit wierd using you mouse but dont cheap pick up your mouse like it was a gun and let rip.

15-17 bps constant.

easy to do ive just hit 22 but lets put it this way if i was hitting 22bps i wouldn't be playing div c of the masters
there was a thread a long time ago about how quick you could shoot and it concluded that pretty much the top end speed is only about 16bps because of the brain waves not being able to respond quicker i might look it out.
i agree with mr pink i train with pheonix a lot and even most of them will tell you they cant hit more than 15bps if they are lucky.

im a firm beleiver in the statements made about how fast your fingers can actually move and i don tthink anything over 15bps CONSISTANTLY is without the aid of bounce...just imho
